I am working base on Apache Software Foundation but suddenly I encountered an error message.
Have you familiar with this project base information?
I want to know the cause of this annoying message.

I don't know how and why you got this exception but this has nothing to do with the ordinary foundation server related services. So unless you are doing something related to UIMA and have the class ref or are using its web services with your project, it's not suppose to be generated.
UIMA is abbreviation for 'Unstructured Information Management applications' which as name suggests Apache hosted projected for Information management of unstructured nature.
That's all I can do with the information you have provided, but if you provide more information on the project and also upload the log file mentioned with the exception I might be able to help you with much better solution.
