I am having Skype free version on my pc.
I attempted to make video call to my friend abroad but it dropped.
Does anyone know Psp video call on Skype.
I need expert advice.

Hi, PSP 2000 and 3000 supports Skype but, even if it has a camera it is not possible to have video calls. GO did support video calling but this service was discontinued and automatically removed from the firmware if you will upgrade to a higher version. Furthermore, while running skype you will not able to do anything else like watch movies, listen to music or play games.
To make it clear to you, Skype for PSP is not designed and cannot be used for video calls. Though Skype supports both voice and video calls, the PSP version is designed only for voice calls. You can use it to make and receive voice calls from other Skype users for free. Voice and video calls are supported only on the PC version.
Skype for PSP only supports PSP-2000, PSP-3000, and PSP-N1000 (PSPgo). It will not work on other models. To use Skype on PSP, you need Wi-Fi internet connection, memory stick Pro Duo with at least 1 MB free memory, PSP headset, and PSP headphone with remote control. You can also use a PSP USB microphone. If your PlayStation Portable supports Skype, here’s how to install it.
Switch on the Wi-Fi of your PSP. Next, remove the headphone plug from the headphone jack of the PSP remote control cable. After this, plug the PSP headset into the headphone jack of the remote control cable. Next, plug the remote control cable to the Video-Out port at the bottom left of the PSP. Next, update the firmware of your PSP to version 3.90 or higher.
To update the firmware, go to the Home menu and then Settings. Select System Update and press X. After installing the update, go back to the Home menu and then go to Network, select Skype, and then press X. And that’s it. If you want to do video calls, go to Skype for Windows then download and install it on your PC.
