Hi! I want to develop a page in Lotus Notes and I have a problem linking hot spots to particular sections of the form, which is a HTML webpage using the HREF command. For example, if after each section, I make a spot that creates a link to the top or to the end of the page, it doesn’t work. I can’t seem to find the reason. If anyone knows why this happens, please let me know.
Anyone can help me to create a link in Lotus Notes please.?
Although it may be a bit hard for you to create the link in lotus notes especially when you are using a stand alone machine, I will suggest that you try the following procedure and see if it will save you some problems.
Just open your notepad and then type the path that looks like the following path to the according to the file you are using. Then you will open lotus notes and then open a new memo and there you will need to type some text and then you will highlight that text. You will then be required to choose 'create' and then 'hotspot, and then you will choose the 'link hotspot' option and choose the type to be 'URL'. Once done that you will then paste the path you typed earlier in the field named 'value', and then send the file to yourself and see if the hotspot will load it.
