AnyDVD Ripper unable to copy DVDs

Hello,

I am unable to copy DVDs using AnyDVD but I get this following error message after about 80% successful copy. When I click OK it says all file copying will be deleted. Have any idea? How can I fix it as soon as possible? I am running Windows 7 Operating System. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

This means your DVD disc is corrupted in some way (scratched or damaged), and when software hits 80%, the disc is unreadable (some part of it is unreadable, or damaged, as I mentioned).  Only thing you can do is to try to make an image of the disc using some rescue software (nero, etc), try to copy DVD on other computer (other DVD rom) or use clean cloth ot clean the disc surface, and then try again.
