Antimalware error opening the program after updates

Hi there,

I just installed an Antimalware on my PC and this error appeared when I tried to open the program and after I pressed OK my PC rebooted. The installer was downloaded from a trusted source and is compatible with my Windows XP. How can I solve this ? Why this Antimalware is now working ?

Hi John,
 
Do you have any other security software installed? Have you used any other malware software which has not been removed properly?
 
If the answer is yes, then you now know the reason behind your problem. One of the main reason an anti malware software shows this error is the computer has already a security software completely or partially installed. 
 
– Uninstall all the previous security Software.
– Delete all the respective folder from System > Program Files
– Reinstall your current anti malware software.
 
Hopefully you will be good to go.
