 Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S are the two waterproof Android phones released by Sony today, can we take underwater camera shots from this phones ?

Yes. These two Sony Android phones, Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S, allows you to take underwater camera images. 
 
Both phones are rated IP55 and IP57 for dust and water resistance (waterproof to IPx7 levels) which means that these phones can ednure liquid up to a depth of 1 meter (3ft.) for 30 minutes. But there are disadvantages when submerged, the touch screen will not be able to function because of water pressure, but the camera button located on the side  will work.
