I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.  I was wondering how can Android ICS capture screen in Galaxy S2?  Other Android Versions don't have this feature. IPhones have that feature by pressing the home button and power button simultaneously.  Tips please.

Android installations are permissive and the vendors may block Screen Capture feature, but on most devices that runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich this method works:

– Select the screen that you want to capture

– Press and Hold 'Volume Down' button and the 'Power' button simultaneously for 2 seconds

– The capture will be saved on your SD Card or Internal Memory in Pictures> Screenshots folder.

You also can find them in Gallery > Screenshots

Hello Dear Friend,

I had also faced this issue and I know many others are also facing this issue. It is very frustrating that you can’t screen capture although sometimes it becomes very important for us to capture some precious moments. So My friend I did very well research on it and found some solution the solution which work for me is that “Press the volume down button + Power button at the same time” after that you screen shot will be added in your sdcard – > Pictures folder – > Screen shot folder.

There are also some websites which can help you to resolve this issue. Here they are
