Android graphic animation in Galaxy SIII

How do I enable GPU hardware acceleration so I can create and view Android graphic animation?  I already have a sequence of jpeg images.  I have a 64 GB Samsung Galaxy SIII with Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, Mali-400MP GPU and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.  Thanks.

Hi David,

I assume you are using Android Jelly Bean (4.1.2). In order to start GPU acceleration you need to go to settings and then Developer options and then check Force GPU rendering. Remember  after GPU rendering on there will be some problem with old apps who are not GPU rendered. You can see this video to get more knowledge.
