Why it is impossible to find the Android camera time stamp available?
My head just you need to use a paid app to put a time stamp on the new picture.
Really there is no android camera with built in function for it that?

Currently, you cannot take a photo with the date & timestamp through the native camera software but you can always modify the captured image (right after taking the picture) to add data or timestamp in it.
You can currently use following apps which are available on Google Play Store.
Some of them are free of cost but some of them like vignette are paid apps.
So, you should give them a try at least.
1. Vignette (paid app)
2. PicSay (Free)
3. FX Camera(Free)
4. Photo Express
Hope that Android makes this thing available in the next update in the Native Camera app too.
