Hi there,

I have been using iPhone for a while and then switched to Samsung Galaxy S4 the other day, then I realized messages from my friends who are using iPhones are not coming through, how do I get iMessages working on Android?What applications can read iPhone messages on Android phone?

Hi Cruz,
The steps to transfer the iPhone messages to the Android device are as mentioned below
1) Plug the iPhone to the computer and open the iTunes application
2) Click on the iPhone application in the right of the iTunes screen
3) Click 'This Computer' checkbox in the Backup location settings
4) Click 'Backup' to backup the device on the computer
5) Locate the Backup file on the computer
6) Open the file in the path 'user/Library/ApplicationSupport/MobileSync/Backup'
7) Open the folder with most recent timestamp from the list
8) Copy the file to the desktop and plug in the Android device and open it
9) Place the file in the internal memory of the Android phone
10) Unplug the Android phone from the computer
11) Download the iSMS2droid from the Google Play Store
12) Launch the iSMS2droid application, click 'Select iPhone SMS Database' option

13) Select the text messaging file and click on it
14) Click 'Start SMS Backup and Restore' option
15) Install the SMS Backup and Restore app' from the Google Play
16) click 'Restore' button from the backup window
