Hello Experts! I am having problems with my internet connectivity using Orange Livebox ADSL. Just recently, I bought this netbook in France for few Euros. It was known as SurfOne Mini PC similar to those netbooks made from China. It has 2MB RAM with 7” screen, and I am currently running Windows Embedded CE 6.0. The internet connection works fine as long as I don’t download or watch any videos online. But lately, there have been some problems with my Orange Livebox ADSL. Connected to it is my modem to my router. After few days of using my connection, I was now unable to use my Wifi connection which leads me to connect directly from my computer to my modem using a cable wire. My netbook can recognize my ADSL but it is not receiving any signal. What should I do? Can anyone provide or help me find a technical group support from the manufacturer of my netbook. Help me please. Thank you.

Hello Barret,

Could you have changed the Wi-Fi settings by any chance, because a slight change in the settings could be the reason why you are not able to surf with the Wi-Fi network. Have you tried restarting the live box, reconfiguring the router (live box) hoping the person who set it up for you gave you the procedures on how to reconfigure it in case of any failure.

I do not think your laptop has anything to do with this as long as you did alter any settings on it or install any program that might be causing the problem. The best thing to do will be to contact the orange technical support in your country and ask them to help you fix the problem. Orange support contacts should be on their website: www.telkom.com
