Hi John,

The following may solve your problem.

It’s possible but you can’t set it to automatically print the Bcc line every time you print.

The following are the steps to print the Bcc line and should be done every time you print:

1.       Open your message.

2.       Click on Office Button (upper left button)

3.       Click EDITOR OPTION

4.       Under POPULAR, check SHOW DEVELOPER TAB IN THE RIBBON.

5.       Click OK

6.       On Menu Bar, click DEVELOPER

7.       Click DESIGN THIS FORM

8.       Click and Delete SUBJECT and SUBJECT BOX (you will drag & drop this again)

9.       On FIELD CHOOSER, click on drop down list, find ADDRESS FIELD

10.   DRAG & DROP BCC below Cc…

11.   RIGHT CLICK BCC BOX, then click PROPERTIES

12.   A dialog box will appear

13.   Click on VALIDATION, check INCLUDE THIS FIELD FOR PRINTING AND SAVE AS

14.   Click OK

15.   Resize the Message Box (so that SUBJECT and SUBJECT BOX will fit in)

16.   On FIELD CHOOSER, click on drop down list, find FREQUESNTLY-USED FIELDS

17.   DRAG & DROP SUBJECT below Bcc

18.   Save & Close

19.   Open again your message

20.   Click Print Preview

21.   Bcc should be displayed

22.   Then Print

If you want to print the Bcc line automatically, you need to install MAPILab’s Print Tools add-in, visit this link for more information:  https://www.mapilab.com/outlook/print_tools/
