All about windows 7 show fake information. Is this a virus that goes out a fake information from my new windows 7 64 bit operating system which is a genuine one. I just want your help on how to stop it flashing on my screen every 10 minutes. I hope you can give me a solution to this problem.

I guess you are getting this fake info through flash. If you are getting it again and again here are steps to be followed to change settings for stopping it.
1] Go to Action Center
2] Start it
3] Select Change Action Center settings
4] Under "Maintenance Messages", deselect the Windows Troubleshooting checkbox
5] Click the Ok button
6] Done

Do you have an Antivirus software? Please scan your whole computer before anything else to make sure this is not a virus. If you don't have an Antivirus I suggest AVG.

Solution 2
Press Windows+R buttons, type in msgconfig and hit enter. In the new window, click on Startup Tab and disable programs one by one to see which one is causing the message, this is a trial and error method.
