Hello Troubleshooter,
I got this error message while I am installing PES 2013 in the computer. Then I tried to reinstall it again but nothing worked, I am getting the error message repeatedly. Is that means the files are corrupted? How to fix the corrupted files? Please suggest me some ideas to overcome this error. Thank you.

As with your screenshot it is obvious that you are using Microsoft Windows 8 and if this is the case then that file in the error message being reported as corrupted is not really corrupted but is incompatible with your operating system. The game Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 is not designed to run on Microsoft Windows 8 and newer.
If you want to install and play this game on your computer, you must be running Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, and Windows 7. So, generally, the game is limited only to these three operating systems. But since you are already running Microsoft Windows 8, try running the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and see if it works.
Right-click on the game’s shortcut or icon on the desktop and select Properties. Go to Compatibility tab, check “Run this program in compatibility mode for”, and select Windows 7 in the dropdown menu. Click OK after that and run the game. See if it works. Also, your graphics adapter should support Vertex or Pixel Shader 3.0 with at least 128 MB video RAM.
