I created a .AIRA file but every time I try to play it I get an error message as shown below. I am not a professional on this matter so I will appreciate very much if you keep your suggests as simple as possible.

Hello Harry! It is a matter of sorrow that you have received such an error. But it has got its remedy.
The problem is occurring because you have created an .AIRA file in a newer Symphony version that comes with the time zone information but old Symphony player doesn’t support that utility.
So, it is just the problem of your AiraPlayer.
Upgrade to the latest version of AiraPlayer. On the main window, click on “Help”. There should be options available for updating the player.

AIRA Player is a program used to view AIRA movies created using Search tools. The program can be started independently from Windows or via “Search” then “View Search Results.” After performing the “Search,” AIRA may locate different instances of activity at various times. Every instance is called “Video Snippet,” a mini movie of the event.
To play an AIRA file you saved on your computer, in AIRA Player, go to “File,” “Play from File” then select the AIRA file (.aira) you wish to play. The AIRA Player is installed automatically when you install AIRA Explorer. AIRA Player is required for playback of .aira files.
