I used Aimersoft Blu Ray Ripper 3.0 on my Windows 7 PC. Whenever I am loading a disc, I always get an error message. I tried contacting Aimersoft support but they have not been very helpful in resolving my issue. Can someone please help me with this? Or I will just ask for a refund?

There are two reasons as to why you may be getting the error message when you load a disc. The first reason may be because you are using the new Blu-ray version; however, you can fix this by downloading the new updated version of the software at their official site. The second reason may be because the software does not work well if there are special encryptions in Blu-ray DVD’s. You can fix this by either downloading a beta version from this link dropcanvas.com/h00x2 or you can install any DVD software from this link, www.slysoft.com/en/anydvdhd.html.
