Hi,
I have not been able open Adobe reader and Acrobat as am faced with the error shown below.
Please help.
Acrobat Failed to Load core DLL.

The first thing to try is to repair the Reader's installation. Choose Programs and Features from Control Panel, select Adobe Reader and choose Change. Then choose Repair the Adobe Reader installation.
Another way is to scan your computer with TDSSKiller from Kaspersky because this application should remove the rootkit that is causing the error. The TDSSKiller is available from support.kaspersky.com.
