Hi, I encountered an error message while opening a PDF file using Adobe Reader 9.1.

See the error message below.

Adobe Reader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried uninstalling and installing the Adobe Reader software but still the same thing happened.

I might have to go back in using Adobe Reader 8, but I want a newer version.

Please help!

Hi friend,

This means at that moment adobe reader will not run or can not run in your computer. This error shows that it has some resource problem. In order to solve this follow these options.

First option is if there is no new versions available then go to control panel and then add or remove program and then uninstall this adobe reader software and run a cleaner as example cc cleaner, Reginout cleaner etc and restart your computer. Then reinstall this adobe reader software again.

Other option is to use if there is update available for adobe reader then uninstall it and reinstall again. Or use online help to update this software.
