But there’s always an error that I don’t know what all is about. The error is at below.

I tried to install it to another computer, but the error is still occurred?

Do the installer is corrupt?

Hi,

Before jumping into conclusions it is always good to establish that the problem is not with your system or with any extra plugins in your computer. Before installation check that your operating system meet the minimum system requirements for Adobe Reader to be installed.

Check that the path you are doing your installation to doesn't have double-bytes or special characters because it is next to impossible to succeed in installing Adobe Reader in such an environment. If an antivirus for example McAfee is enabled and with maximum protection then it might cause errors so you need to disable it to enable installation then after completion enable it again. Good luck.

If you are just installing Adobe Acrobat Reader, this shouldn’t happen. Restart your computer then try again. If this doesn’t work, check that you are using an admin account when installing the program. If this doesn’t work, try to run the installer or setup file as administrator to grant full administrative privileges. Right-click the installer or setup file and select “Run as administrator”.

If the problem continues, just download the program again from the Adobe website. Go to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to get the latest for your operating system. Before clicking the “Install now” button, review the offers in “Optional offers” and uncheck the ones you don’t want to include in the download.

The latest version at the moment, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.010.20098, supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10 including Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 (64 bit only), and Windows Server 2012 R2 (64 bit only). It requires 1.5 GHz or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, 380 MB free space, and 1024 x 768 minimum screen resolution.
