Hi,

I am having problem using Adobe Reader 8.1 whenever I try to access AppName:acrord32.exe it gives me the following annoying error message. Can I get the detailed solution to resolve this issue? Assist me in a possible ways so that I can avoid this error in future. Please help me! Thanks.

Hi Patricia, the problem is usually in the browser or the Adobe Reader version itself. A good idea (if you don't need that specific version of Reader) is to either upgrade it, or rollback to an earlier version. I'd suggest you first uninstall the program using Add/Remove Programs (if you're using Windows). Now use Microsoft's cleanup tool to remove all traces of the program. 

Now use Explorer (version higher than 6) or Netscape (version higher than 7.2) to download and install the latest version. If you don't have the required browser versions, it would be a great idea to upgrade them before proceeding with the download. 

Alternatively you can shift to Foxit PDF reader.
