I am having Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 in my Windows XP system. I heard that language can be changed in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5, Menu and Instructions of the CS5 are in English, is it possible to change it to German, do I need to have separate Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 language pack for that?

Yes, you can change language of your preferred choice very easily, because most of the languages access options are already installed with the software's installation, in its installation directory.
Just browse to How to deal with Photoshop error this video, it explains very neatly how to change the language of access any adobe software of your preferred choice.
If you have Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and you want to change its language, here’s how you do it. Open Windows Explorer then navigate to “C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Premier CS5Support FilesAMT Languages”. In that folder, move the file of the language you don’t want to use to another folder in your hard drive instead of deleting it.
This way, you can still restore it back in case you need to use it again in the future. After this, start Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and it should now display in your preferred language. See if it works. Another way is to reinstall the program and selecting your preferred language at the start of the installation.
If you do this, the application will automatically use the language you selected on its initial run and you no longer need to change it later. You just need to do this if you are also experiencing problems with the program. But if not, moving the language file will do.
