You can amend this problem by simply upgrading your NVIDIA card driver will definitely work for the latest version of Premiere, but it will not work with the other versions, that makes it  a disadvantage. So I strongly suggest that you should  also try to delete your Premiere element BadDrivers.txt file and replace the Video Renderer.dll.

Try to delete  the premiere elementBadDrivers.txt file:“\Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataAdobePremiere Elements9.0BadDrivers.txt” file. Then restart or re-open your application.

Now you can recheck if the Full Screen Previews and edit mode are shown on your monitor and if is properly performing.

The display driver that you are using in your system might not be up to date. You can use windows update utility to get the latest version.  Similarly you can follow any of the below solutions to resolve it manually,

Solution 1: Update you Adobe Premier to 9.0.1 version.

Solution 2: Delete the bad driver text file (Follow these steps)

·         For windows vista or 7, C:/Program Data/Adobe/Premier Elements/9.0/BadDrivers.txt

Delete this file manually.

Solution 3: Disable the AERO by switching current theme with the one that does not support aero peek.
