Hi there, Mark here

Despite what the error message says, that error occurs due to a corrupt setting in Adobe Photoshop.

There is a simple fix you can use to remedy this issue.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Now first hold CTRL+ALT+Shift all at the same time.
  2. While holding all three buttons, go ahead and run Adobe Photoshop or any file that opens Adobe Photoshop.
  3. As Adobe Photoshop loads, a prompt should appear asking you if you want to delete Photoshop's setting file. Go ahead and do it by clicking yes.

This should fix your problem and the error message should disappear.

Reinstalling this may not fix your problem. This error comes from your Registry Entries.

Due to installing and uninstalling other software's your Registry Entry crashes.

This is what you need to do:

Option 1:

1. Uninstall your Adobe Photoshop
2. Download Registry Cleaner and Registry Fix (note: don’t just download any Registry Fixer and Cleaner you need a trusted fixer many of this is just a HOAX you need a Microsoft certified or whatever OS your using ) .
3. Install your Adobe Photoshop.

Option 2:

If you have a hard time searching for the right Registry Fixer and Cleaner, just reinstall your Operating System then install Adobe Photoshop.

This error with Adobe Photoshop seems to be referring to your hardware or operating system but is actually a problem with the preferences file. The reason why the error didn’t disappear even after you reinstall the program is that when you uninstall and install back the application, the process will not remove the preferences file from your computer.

If there is a problem with the preferences file, even if you uninstall and install Photoshop back, the preferences file will remain intact and untouched. To fix the problem, you need to delete or reset the preferences file. Press and hold CTRL + ALT + SHIFT and then start Adobe Photoshop. Click “Yes” when you are prompted with “Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?”

After this, Photoshop will continue loading and then will automatically re-create the preferences file. When Photoshop is finished loading, it will have a brand new preferences file with all settings back to default. If you made changes to its settings before, just configure it again.
