I got an adobe set up help center guidebook for Adobe illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop CS2 softwares. But, I don't have both of the softwares in my computer. Can I download any free version of these softwares from internet? Looking forward for your suggestions.

You could download Adobe PhotoShop CS2 and Adobe Illustrator for free. This also applies to any Adobe packages or trial software they have on their website. You could try them for a 30 day period and then you will need a license.
You don't want to be caught having illegal software because it is against their EULA. And if you are also thinking that those portable PhotoShop cs soft wares are that good, they are illegal as well and you could be liable to charges.
I recommend that you buy licensed software from a reputable software retail outlet near your vicinity after testing out Adobe's products. Hope this clears up things. Good luck.
