I got this error upon starting my windows vista..

Adobe Flash Player 10

I choose no, then the pop up box was gone. I open my Mozilla Firefox, i save and quit from my last session so the tabs will open when i open Mozilla. when I was about to switch from other tab, it won't allow me, it froze. I waited for few seconds until  I can move my mouse pointer again. But when I was about to search something in goggle, I could not type anything. But the cursor is still blinking.

I made a restart of my system then it went fine again. I can type again on goggle. After few hours, after playing a game on net, the error appears again. Can someone tells me what is this error? I am not watching any movies. And all my applications are up to date. My browser, my Adobe Flash Player, my Java. But I tried reinstalling my flash player, no luck.  I want to know what causing this error to trigger?

Did I accidentally change something on my default set ups?

By the way, here are my system's specification:

Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Dual Core, 2 GB of RAM, 160 GB Hard Disk, Default browser is Mozilla Firefox Version 4.0.1, Adobe Flash Player 10, Java Version 6 Update 25

Adobe Flash Player 10

A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?

Please help me.

Hello

The error you are having is a timeout script for actionscript content inside a flash swf causing a 15+ second processing loop. A fix that you can try to solve your problem is this:

  1. Download and use the Flash Uninstaller from here(https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html).
  2. Reboot in order to let your system clear out any left over ocx files.
  3. Scan your PC using Secunia PS(https://secuniaresearch.flexerasoftware.com/community/research/).
  4. Install flash player from here (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
  5. If you're using FireFox, go here (https://filehippo.com/download_adobe-flash-player/)
  6. Restart your computer.

This should solve your issue, perhaps during your installation some files were left off so it didn't fix it. Try scanning your PC for viruses too, it might be infected.

That dialog is actually not an error. It is triggered by the flash content you are trying to play on your web browser. I also get that message when I play a flash game on Facebook using Mozilla Firefox. I guess that message is triggered when you have a slow internet connection. I only get that message whenever I play flash games but not when playing videos on YouTube.

Also, since Adobe regularly releases updates for their Flash Player, you should update it on your computer to make sure it runs at optimum performance. There are three types of Flash Player that you need to install on your computer if you use different browsers. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you need to install Adobe Flash Player ActiveX.

For the Mozilla Firefox web browser, you need to install Adobe Flash Player NPAPI. For the Opera browser, Google Chrome, and other Chromium-based web browser, you need to install Adobe Flash Player PPAPI. Also, make sure your Mozilla Firefox browser is up-to-date.
