Dear,

Adobe flash player is required for different graphical purposes on computer. In order to have a proper installation of adobe flash player you need to turn off internet browser. If any browser is running during installation of flash player then it will not install properly and error message will show. So turn off all browsers during installation of adobe flash player.

Thank You.

Hello Anna,

Follow the steps below and I hope your problem will be solved,

1. If you have any previous versions of Adobe Flash Player installed on your PC then first uninstall that.

2. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome here, https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you use Internet Explorer then download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player here, https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Then check that all of your browsers are closed or not. If any of the browsers are open the installation will fail. So, make sure your browsers are closed while installing Adobe Flash Player.

4. Install the latest version on your PC.

Hope you will not face any problems further.

Regards,

Paul.
