Adobe Encore Error Setting Up Transcoder

My project has some audio imported into it and I have 6 uncompressed AVI files and they are all rendered. My video is about 30 minutes and I transcoded all the files in Encore with similar settings of: HQ, 4MBS, 740×480 and VBR. However, when building the image file, an error appeared:

Adobe Encore

Error setting up transcoder

OK

My question is, why am I getting this error when my files are already transcoded?

Try doing this. If Adobe Encore is running, close the program. Open Windows Explorer and go to the Encore generated project folder. Open Sources folder and then Transcodes folder. Inside Transcodes folder, delete all its contents. After that, run Adobe Encore and then open your project. At this point, Adobe Encore will prompt you to find missing assets.

Just find it and select. Go to the project window, right-click on the assets that are on italics and then select “Revert to Original”. Save it using “Save as” into a different version. Finally, continue the work to Build. You may also try rendering a composite in AE that has a 0.9 PAR.
