Hi Friends,

I have brought Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master collection for Mac from Store. I am unable to install Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master collection for Mac as I am getting the error message: "Some problems occurred during installation"and "Component install failed". Please advice me how to overcome this issue.

There are many reasons Adobe fails to install in Mac.

Have you checked to see if your computer hardware matches your system requirements for installation? A quick way for to do this is to use the "elimination method". First off;

  1. Check system requirements and compare with your mac system info. If they match,
  2. Uninstall and delete any installed files. Then copy the setup from your DVD to the Hard Drive.
  3. If it still fails, run the Adobe setup from a different drive.
