Hi,
When i install Adobe creative suit 3 application i get this error message. Can anyone help with this.?
"Some problems occurred during installation," "Component install failed," and/or "Shared components failed to install."

First things first. We are helping each other here and trying to resolve issues so everybody should help everyone. Help us help you, by providing at least little info that is related to the problem like specs, os or behavior of the problem. With clue we can fix fast and accurate. So, we go now to your problem. I assume you are using windows xp sp2. The problem "components failed to install" address to the applications related to the subject. Since adobe cs3 is buggy (from what i heard), you can install cs3 without error by clean install. If this error occurs, follow this steps:
1. You uninstall first all related products with cs3, like macromedia, flash and reader,etc.
2. After uninstalling, go to directories of your programs then look for all adobe related folders you can find and delete it.
3. Reboot your system. After rebooting, make a clean install of your Adobe cs3.
I hope this will help.If you use vista or windows 7, always install with administrator privilege.
