I could not open Adobe Captivate software after successfully installed it on my computer.
I attempted in order to uninstall the program to do the installation once again, however the exact same error information occurred.
A screenshot of the error has shown in below.
Can anyone solve this problem?

Adobe Captivate has encountered a problem
After you were reinstalling the same setup application that you had installed before and continued getting that error, then it is probable that the problem is with the setup application, and therefore you will need to get another setup and try using it. Try the following:
Check the system requirements and the kind of operating system that you are using.
And then with those system specifications, go to the internet and search for the adobe captivate programs that meets those specifications.
Download the program and try installing it again.
If the error was as result of incompatibility, the application will install successfully.
