It is not possible adding passwords to image files but you can encrypt the files using the password as a key.

You cannot directly add passwords to an image file. The best possible way is encrypting the file using a password. The best way is to move all the files to a single folder and encrypt it using a password. You should make sure to remember the password. After that you can keep the encrypted folder or file and delete the original folder.

You can use windows to encrypt using windows or software such as:

  • WinZip
  • WinRAR
  • WinAce

Select the file(s) using windows explorer or my computer. Then click the right mouse button and select send to option and then compress (zipped) folder. This will create another folder with a file extension of  ".zip". Explore the file and in the "file" menu item select "Add a password". You type in the password.

That's it you are done.
