My pc configuration is Pentium 4, harddisk, 120 giga byte , ram 128 mega byte processor speed 2.4 giga hertz. I want to add a hardware with my pcw but When I add a new hardware with my pc, then pc gets automatically started .How I remove like this problem?

You mentioned about the specifications of your PC in your post but did not mention what hardware you are trying to add!
If the hardware component is faulty that you have recently added in your computer could cause your computer to unexpectedly generate an error and restart without warning.
You did not mention if you installed drivers for your hardware. The drivers can also cause this issue. Installation of improper drivers can also cause your system to restart unprecedentedly.
Finally, any hardware that is not installed properly in the computer can also cause random reboots. Make sure all the cables and expansion cards that you have connected recently are properly put into the computer. The best way to determine this is to disconnect and reconnect all cables and expansion cards.
