Add or Remove Programs has been restricted

This problem can be solved from the registry. It sounds like someone or some virus has restrict it from registry.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on Start and select Run.

2. Type regedit and press enter.

3. It will open registry editor. go to the following path by expanding the (+) sign.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Policies > Uninst all
4. When you click on Unist all, you will be able to see "DWORDNoAddRemovePrograms" on the right side.

5. If it is there, then delete it by pressing right click on it.

(In case, you did not found it. Go to the following path)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Policies > Uninstall

6. Delete the same entry if you found it here.

You will succeed to open Add Remove program.
