I need to absorb several users to Cisco Unity. However, I could not be successful in adding even a single person.

I hope someone here can help me figure out the problem and provide a fix to this that I can easily follow.

Message Queuing configuration object in Active Directory was not created

After installing a software then you might get this error messages if the settings won't allow you to do it. I will give you steps and fix this issue. Read on for the details.

You need to run the Permission Wizards in the Permission wizard in Tools Depots. This can be downloaded in http://www.ciscounitytools.com if you don't have the latest version.

Click on Active Directory Users and computers
Then go to View and Advanced Features
Look for Security tab in the account properties
Go to OU and click it twice to open the user account, this open the Properties screen
Go to Security tab and check the box on Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate to this object
