Activinspire Core resources error 1606

Dear friends

I have been trying to install Activinspire Core resources on my system. when I start the installation process, it results in an error. The following screen appears on my system:

The statement of the error says:

Error 1606. Could not access network location

C:Documents and SettingAll

UsersDocumentActiv softwareActivestudio3

I try to configure it but it results in the following message every time. Has anyone else encountered such a problem? if you have the solution, please do let me know.
