I used activex transparent background to make different backgrounds for my desktop. Suddenly it has been inactive and unable to see backgrounds. How windows 7 activate the background?

To activate background on windows 7 desktops do the following steps.
1.      Right click on the desktop and select properties.
2.      Personalize window appears, select background as shown in the figure.
3.      Now select the background picture you want and click on save changes.
4.      You can also change the background according to your time.
