I was on a forum website using my laptop, I sent a message to a friend, and this error came up 'The active directory domain services is currently unavailable'. I'm not sure what this means. What could have caused it? Is it a problem with my computer? Does it have something to do with the browser I'm using?

Hello Deborah!

It has nothing to do with your computer and browser. This was caused by the connection of your computer and their site while you’re sending message. This will occasionally happen if your connection’s interrupted. Sometimes our internet connection will drop and reconnect. Most of the time the problem is within the site that you’re using. Their servers do have replenish time. This replenish time cause connection problems. To deal with this clear history and cookies, clos browser and re-launch. If this doesn’t work restart your computer and your modem or router. This process is to replenish also your connection with your service provider.
