Hi Jolie!

There are several methods you can follow in order for you to use Active Desktop on your internet cafe computers.

First, you have to right-click an empty area on the desktop, then place the pointer on Active Desktop, and you will see the option View As Web Page. Click on it and you're ready to go. If you want to disable it, follow the same steps and uncheck the option mentioned above.

Second, go to Start menu, click on Settings, then go to Control Panel and double-click on Display. Go to the Web tab and check the View my Active Desktop as a web page box. Then click OK.

Alternatively, find the My Computer icon and click on Folder Options, in the View menu. Click on the General tab, then on Web Style and then click OK.

Hope one of these works for you! Good luck!
