Acronis software error while trying to backup by partition Backup & Disk

Hello,

I am trying to backup by using partition Backup & Disk as I often do. The knowledge base button takes me to the problem, I downloaded the current version also attempt to repair installation but still have the following error message. Please help me to solve this error.

Hi Robert,

This often occurs if there is software blocking the connection to push through.

You may want to disable your antivirus software as this may cause the fluctuating connection that often cause timing out in the connection.

You may also want to check your firewall to temporarily allow the installation to continue.
