Acronis Nonstop Backup – error message pops up while launching

When I tried to launch Acronis Nonstop Backup I received an error message during starting the program. I want to know the cause of this error and tell me how to solve this problem?

Acronis Nonstop Backup – error message pops up while launching

Hi Travis,

                This error occurs when the Acronis Nonstop Backup service was not started or the settings is not set in the default values.  You need to make sure that Acronis Nonstop Back up service is started and make sure that Automatic was set on the start up type. Just go to your run box and then type services.msc from there and check the settings of your Acronis.
