Acronis Backup and recovery error

Hi,

I am getting the error below on Acronis 2011 installed on Windows 7. When I click to access the knowledge base it keeps on popping the error again and am not taken to the knowledge base.

Failed to send the test the test email. Network error. Check the specified email settings.

Hello Derek, happy to know that you are using Acronis. Also sad that you have got this error.

Your network connection is somehow inaccessible or SMTP name and port are specified incorrectly that is preventing the software send the message properly.

1.       First of all, be sure that your SMTP name and the port is correctly configured and containing the perfect information.

2.       Then click send message again.
