Hello Mark!

I know that you already know the darkest moments of Microsoft in computing technology. This is the time that they announced the release of Windows Vista. They are so proud and repeatedly mentioned that this operating system will and doesn’t need any service packs. Unfortunately, after few days that they released and sold it, most of the end-users who bought this product complained and asking back for their money. Vista was unable to support most of the hardware devices. In short most of the computers that was upgraded to their Vista stopped working properly. Microsoft doesn’t have any choice but to release service packs for Vista.

Their biggest success ever that dominated computer industry are the times that they released Windows 98, Windows 7 and 8. Though the extended functionalities of touch screens were introduced, consumers are not afraid to switch on to this platforms since it is already considered to be stable. For me their best achievement is Windows 98. If you’ll ask people who’ve been using computers for more than 15 years will definitely answer you back that Windows 98 is their best platform ever made. The secret behind the company’s sustenance in the market is that they should a great deal to stand even they totally made mistakes in their releases. They will come up with another design that will definitely consumers will forget about their mistake. They also tried to sell better products every time they’re dominated by their rivals.
