You can go directly to the Acer Website Drivers and Manuals page and search for your PC model To view all the supported drivers. Or you can also go to the link below:

Acer Aspire 4750G Notebook Win XP, Win 7, Win 8 Drivers

You can also look it manually by device manager and then system. Try to find something related with audio or Realtek or UAA (Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture). It’s a bus driver. It can show install software related with Realtek. You can also check windows audio service to see that it’s working perfectly. Go Control Panel then Administrative Tools then Services and find “Windows Audio service”.

This might be because, for some reasons your windows won't switch back from head phone mode to speaker mode, and associate a program being run with head phone to speaker in OS.

You can check this, by clicking on 'Speakers->Mixer' in taskbar. If you got and some sound file running and you jack off head phone, the sound won't play through speakers automatically, because OS still has that sound file associated with head phone.

To play it on speaker simply restarts the application.
