Account registration is failed on server

Hi,

I am getting the following error message.

"Account registration is failed."

The transaction cannot be submitted to the FedEx server. Confirm with your network administrator or check the internet connectivity. FedEx server : http:// gateway.fedex.com : 443 / Gateway DC, Error : XPost : general Error.’ 

This is happening when I am using Quick Books, which is connected to FedEx shipping server for producing shipping document. I don’t know what the problem is.

Please help me to get out of this problem. I will grateful for all help.

You are having problems using QuickBooks to connect to the FedEx server because of the following possible reasons:

  • You internet connection speed is slow. You may be doing some other tasks that are consuming a lot of bandwidth like downloading files from the internet, uploading files and therefore slowing down the internet. If you have many tabs opened then you will need to close down some to ease the bandwidth.
  • You also need to check the network settings on your computer. If anything happened that erased the settings then you will not able access the internet until you reconfigure the settings.
  • It may be the problem with the FedEx server, and therefore you might just wait some time and try connecting again.
  • Restart your computer to refresh the network settings; the computer might be 'idle'.
