Hi. Sure, let me begin by stating the steps which need to be followed to learn how to connect to WD my book live. Let us begin with the installation of the software to set up the device for my book live device. First open the web browser and ensure that the version of the browser is supported. Next, type “www.wd.com/setup” in the address bar. After this, click on “My book live” option on the screen of the welcome to the learning center. Then, click on “go to downloads”. In case you wish to access your downloaded files, double-click either on setup.exe in Windows or on my book live setup.dmg in Mac. Next, to create a personal cloud with WD 2go, register your device first by selecting the option named “also use this information to register my book live” on the screen of the personal cloud.
Then, after entering the first name, last name and e-mail address, submit the details. From the options which appear, select the user account for my book live on the user authentication screen. The selected account will get connected to the WD 2go account. Confirm the new account and click on next. Now select the finish option to close the set up wizard.
