Hallo Joliey,

To be able to open PST files individually, the following is a procedure that will guide you.

To open a .pst file, you will need to do the following:

  1. You will need to go to the File menu, and then point to Open.
  2. After that you will need to click Outlook Data File.
  3. And then click the .pst file that you want to open, and after that click OK.

Note that the name of the folder that is associated with the data file is usually in the Folder List. To be able to see the Folder List, you will need to Go to menu, and then click Folder List. By default, the folder will be known as Personal Folders.

Regards,

Carl

To open a .pst file individually, you have to enter Microsoft Outlook, select File -> Open -> Open Outlook Data File, and then select your file in the directory it resides in.
