The newly installed ABC player shows an error message that it can’t play anything on my machine.

Until last week I was able to view all the episodes aired, but I have not done any changes to my machine and I get an error message that I cannot view the content and it is not compatible.

Our new video player is only available for:

Windows 2000/XP/Vista: Internet Explorer, Firefox.

Mac: Firefox, Safari.

To watch, please download the appropriate browser.

I have it running on my Windows Vista, and I have the latest Firefox version installed on my PC.

I can no longer watch the complete episode and I miss it every bit. Anyone who can help me with this?

Hi Kevin,

I have read the problem which you are facing and I thought could clarify you in this matter. So the problem you are facing with ABC player. Your system is unable to run the program on the current operating system. I think this a temporary problem with the server of the ABC player.

The main reason might be that some of the settings of ABC player might have changed in your system. I would suggest you to first uninstall the program from the control panel of your computer.

I hope you know the procedure. After uninstalling the program please restart your computer and try reinstalling this again into your system, if the problem still remains then I think you have to change the software and use some other to view the files.
