After an installation of Nitro Pro 8, I seem to have a license error. I got this error message, “84: Error – Originally Licensed on another computer.” How can I solve this problem?

Nitro Pro is the commercial software with only one license for only one computer. The error you're getting means that you have already used the software and didn't remove it or didn't follow the steps so it wasn't successfully uninstalled on your previous machine.
 
To resolve the problem you can either contact the Nitro Pro technical support (http://support.nitropdf.com/home) or you can try using the alternate license manager.
Whatever method you choose, the first thing to do is to remove the Nitro Pro 8 from the old computer making sure you are connected to the internet while doing the uninstall.
 
After you've uninstalled the software, try installing it on the new machine. If that doesn't work, you can download the License manager from the following link: http://support.nitropdf.com/entries/21538291-Activating-using-the-alternate-license-manager.
When the License Manager is downloaded, extract the content and move the LicenseManager.exe to the location of your Nitro Pro installation. By default it should be located on the C drive, under Program Files/Nitro. When the file is in the Pro 8 folder double click it to run. 
You will be asked to enter the serial number that came with the product, so enter the serial and click Activate button.


 

After the product is successfully activated you will be able to run and use it normally.
