I have an iPhone 3GS when suddenly I never noticed that my bag was getting wet so I am in a hurry to take my iPhone but it doesn't work at all seems the camera and video of it won't function. I dried it to the fan but got a blared effect after drying it. Will you help with my problem?

If it was wet then some water must have gone inside your cell. The best option is to take to the technician and ask him to clean it up. And also note not to turn it on.
Keep your cell off as the water inside could damage chips inside and your phone could be totally useless. So better take it to a technician and wipe it off clean. Else keep it in Sunlight for a day and hope this will help dry your cell phone.

The best thing to do is go into the Apple store and explain them what has happened. They will help you out to fix it or maybe if you are lucky you will get refurbishment. In either case better to let them have the correct full story.

In the first place, you should not have turned on it because water and electricity together will not do any good to your device. On the other hand, it will definitely do the worst. So keep the rule of thumb in your mind, never to power on any wet electronic devise.
