I have D-Link 2750u DSL Router. I also features a USB port in which we can put the 3G Dongle to use Sim's Data to be routed via WiFi. I have broadband connection from BSNL. I wanted to know can I combine the Broadband connection from BSNL with 3G data using USB dongle of Router to get high speed Internet Access or not. Suggestions are welcomed.

Hello Lester!

I believe what you’re trying to achieve here is the “bonding” of 3G connection from your phone and your DSL. The hierarchy of internet connection will be based to DSL. Meaning to say you’ll have to convert your 3G connection to Ethernet signals. It is not easy and quite expensive though. You need to have a DD-WRT router to convert your 3G signals. You can also try the Adapter teaming introduced by Intel. It uses a driver to pair-bond-group multiple ports. It balances the link aggregation of group of ports.
